Who are you, crazy lady?
Lots of cats and therefore kittens were prowling around the decks of this restaurant. I found out why when I saw a waitress shelling shrimp and breaking it into tiny pieces for a couple tiny kittens. Cat paradise!

It was practically an infestation! I'm sure the Sanitation Control Board would have a field day at that place. It kind of reminded me of some "markets" in China. Maybe if you keep feeding shrimp to cats, they eventually taste like fish.
