the squatty potty

This could have disastrous results if not executed correctly. Some bathrooms have both kinds, and it seems the chinese chose this over a regular toilet...and don't prefer to close the door. And no, its not just for men.

these are very common in saudi. we grew up calling them 'squat n drops'
